How to install Artificial Hedge Screening？Is it easy to install the Artificial Hedge Screening?
Installation on Brick/Concrete Wall Surfaces
Required Tools:
Drill
5mm masonry drill bit
5mm nylon plugs
Washers
Installation Steps:
Mark the outline of the 1m x 1m panel and pre-drill 12 holesapproximately 25cm spacing).
Lift the panel and insert washers and nylon plugs, securing them with plastic or metal backing. Hammer the nylon plugs to ensure all 12 plugs are securely in place.
Note: Ensure the nylon plugs are completely fixed.
Installation on Metal Fences
This method may take some time but is relatively simple.
Materials:
Wooden slats
Drill
High-strength adhesive（optional）
Steps:
Fix the wooden slats to the fence with a 50cm spacing. Proceed with the same method as the installation on wood.
Alternatively, use adhesive to secure plywood or slats before installing the panels.
Installation on Wire Mesh/Tubular Structures
Materials:Cable ties
Steps:
1.Adjust the panels to the desired position, ensuring they effectively conceal the wire mesh.
2.Once adjusted, secure the panels to the mesh and wire fence using cable ties.
3.Regularly add more cable ties, with a recommended minimum of approximately 18 ties per panel.
4.Tighten the cable ties and trim any excess.
Alternative option:Use twisted metal wire for securing.
Installation on Wood（Fences, Plywood, Wood Coverings, and Plaster)
The simplest method is to install artificial hedge panels onto wood.
Materials: Staple gun + staples/wood screws and washers
Method 1: Use a staple gun + staples to evenly attach the panels, recommending a minimum of 16 staples per 1m x 1m panel with a 25cm spacing.
Note: In areas with high winds, increase the number of staples for secure installation.
Method 2: For plaster or lightweight wall surfaces, first position anchor screws and then use 2-5cm wood screws with washers to secure the corners.
