Q4.What are your minimum order requirements?
A:Linwoo offers wholesale orders only.
The minimum order quantity for artificial turf is 500 square meters.
The minimum order quantity for artificial plant wall/hedge is 50×50cm/100×100cm 100 pcs.
The minimum order quantity for the rest of the products is 1000 USD.
Q5.Do you provide free samples?
A:Yes, we strongly recommend you to ask us for free samples for checking and confirmation before placing an order, but you need to pay the shipping cost. Samples are usually delivered within 5-7 days. This fee will be refunded to you once you confirm your order.

A:It is easy to place an order with just an eight-step manual.
1. Request a quote for the desired product and confirm details such as model, design, price, samples, dimensions, packaging, quantity, and delivery time.
2. Upon confirmation, Linwoo will send you a pro forma invoice.
3. Arrange deposit according to PI.
4. Batch production starts in our factory. 5.
5. after strict and systematic quality checks, the goods are ready to be shipped to you.
6. on receipt of your balance payment, we will send you the original bill of lading.
7. You need to bring all the documents for customs clearance.

Delivery times will vary depending on the quantity of the order, typically we will have them manufactured and shipped within 30-40 days.
