Extrusion
Polymer granules, pigments, UV stabilizers and flame retardants are mixed and extruded into ribbons or single fibers using high quality raw materials to ensure optimal appearance and durability.
Twisting
The extruded fibers are twisted and wound on a bobbin in preparation for tufting, a step that mimics the texture of natural grass and increases the durability of the lawn.
Tufting
Fibers are tufted into the backing fabric to form the fake turf grass. linwoo uses state-of-the-art intelligent tufting machines to increase production speed and accuracy.
Backing
Tufted turf requires a backing to ensure that the fibers are securely fastened. The backing reinforcement is usually latex or polyurethane (PU), which also provides additional stability and durability.
Quality Control
Linwoo is committed to providing high quality false grass products. We optimize the selection of raw materials and exercise strict control at every stage of production to ensure that our products meet the highest standards at every step, from raw material to finished product. Our quality management covers five stages: Raw materials, yarn inspection, semi-finished products, finished product testing and final inspection before delivery.
In addition, our artificial turf is CE and SGS safety certified, free of lead, heavy metals and harmful chemicals, meets REACH, RoHS top safety standards, and has excellent UV protection and flame retardant features. Our artificial turf has also passed the 50,000 times wear and PFAS test in a state-of-the-art laboratory, which is super wear-resistant and PFAS-free.

We have a well-established process for testing artificial turf systems, both in the field and in the laboratory. These tests include, but are not limited to, tuft binding, grip tearing, weight testing, abrasion testing, force reduction, vertical deformation, vertical ball bounce, rotational resistance, pile height and depth of fill measurements, porosity, fiber weight and density, Gmax, and ball roll distance.

Simulates wear and tear:Tests the abrasion resistance of artificial grass
Purpose: To evaluate the durability and performance changes of artificial turf after prolonged use by simulating wear and tear in real life use.
Tensile strength test
Testing the tensile strength of grass fibers: The force required to pull the grass fibers out of the turf.
Tensile strength of grass fibers: Whether they break easily or not
Purpose: To ensure that the grass fibers will not fall off under high intensity use and frequent impacts, and to improve the overall stability and reliability of the product.
Measurement
