Material: Artificial turf roll is mainly categorized into three materials: polypropylene, polyethylene and nylon. Of these, polyethylene is the preferred material for balcony turf because of its natural look and soft touch.

Density and fiber length: The naturalness of the imitation lawn grass is related to the density and fiber length. Higher density turf looks more natural, while fiber length is usually chosen around 1 inch, which is the right length for most balconies.
