Our specialized equipment first heats the plastic and melts it, and then, by means of an extrusion process, the melted plastic slowly flows out of a perforated steel plate. At this point, the grass filaments take shape, and they then enter the water tank, where the artificial grass for football ground mixture solidifies quickly. Then, like a watchful guardian, the machine pulls the strands over large pulleys and ensures that they are separated from each other as they move to the next station. The rollers come into play, stretching the strands until they are as thin as natural grass. The spools hold the artificial grass filaments securely in place, and once the spools are full, the different colored grass filaments are delicately woven together to form multiple synthetic yarns. As these yarns are wrapped around the giant bobbin, they are threaded through a wire guide that prevents the yarns from slackening and ensures that they are neatly organized.

The mesh fabric then blends perfectly with the synthetic fabric, while the synthetic yarns pass through a tube into the tufting machine. The tufting machine is a giant precision sewing machine equipped with more than 200 needles, which skillfully hook the yarns into the cloth, giving the artificial turf its initial shape.

When the artificial turf for soccer fields is tufted, a knife underneath precisely cuts off the ends of the turf, instantly transforming the yarn into realistic blades of artificial grass for soccer. Immediately afterwards, the turf backing is moved to the adhesive roller, which sensitively picks up the adhesive and applies it evenly to the turf backing.

The adhesive is then dried alternately in the open air and in a closed environment to ensure its firmness.
