2.Twisting
The strands of fiber are twisted together to form a yarn, which enhances durability and texture.

3.Yarn
Twisting the strands together to form a yarn that is ready to be tufted into turf.

4.Tufting
Yarns are tufted onto a backing fabric using specialized machines to create a turf surface.

5.Backing
A strong waterproof layer is added to the back of the tufted turf to ensure stability.

6.Delivery
The finished turf is wound, packaged and shipped to the customer or installation site.
