Step 1: Raw Material Preparation

In the first step, we will accurately mix the color of the high quality raw materials according to the order requirements. We use 100% recyclable PE material and we use a scientific purchasing program to always ensure that the raw materials are within their optimal life cycle, thus guaranteeing the best appearance and durability of the product.

Step 2: Extrusion

In the second step, high-quality polymers (such as polyethylene or polypropylene) are heated to a molten state, and then extruded into grass fibers through a special die. This stage determines the shape, thickness and color of the grass fibers.
By adjusting the die and extrusion speed, we can customize the width and thickness of the grass fibers to give the lawn a different appearance and performance. The cooling and stretching process further enhances the strength and toughness of the fibers.

Step 3: Twisting

In the third step, the extruded grass fibers are twisted into bundles. This step simulates the texture of natural grass and adds to the durability of the lawn.
The tightness and direction of the twist affects the resiliency and appearance of the lawn. Looser twists give the lawn a softer and fluffier appearance, while tighter twists increase the durability of the lawn.

Step 4: Tufting

In the fourth step, with the help of the tufting machine, the grass filaments are quickly passed through the preliminary base cloth (usually polypropylene fabric) to form stable grass fiber clusters.
The density and height of the tufts can be adjusted according to the purpose of the lawn. Higher density tufts are suitable for sports lawns, while lower densities are more suitable for ornamental lawns. The height of the tufts affects the look and feel of the lawn.

Step 5: Backing

In the fifth step, we use an adhesive (such as latex or polyurethane) to coat the back of the fake lawn grass and add one or more layers of backing material (such as polypropylene or polyester fabric).
The backing layer provides additional stability and durability, preventing the grass fibers from falling out while enhancing the lawn's water and slip resistance. Some premium lawns also add a second layer of backing to further increase strength and durability.

1. Prepare the area: Determine the area for installation by removing all grass, weeds, shrubs, etc. and clearing bare dirt. Typically 2-4 inches of dirt needs to be removed to allow for installation of the road base and fake grass for garden.

2. Level and compact the base: Use a rake and shovel to level the area, making sure there are no depressions or slopes in the ground. If needed, add or remove soil to achieve leveling. Use a plate compactor to compact the soil to ensure a firm base, then place a heavy-duty weed barrier on top of the roadbed

3. Lay the lawn: Lay the fake lawn on top of the prepared subgrade. If there are multiple rolls of lawn, make sure the blades of each roll of false grass are oriented in the same direction.

4. Continue: Continue laying until the entire area is covered with plastic grass. During the laying process, take care to keep the lawn flat and neat.
Edges beyond the land: After the lawn has been laid, check that the edges do not extend beyond the land.
Trim the edges if necessary: If necessary, trim the edges of the lawn to suit the terrain.

5. Rough side up, apply seam tape: At the lawn joints, apply seam tape with the rough side of the lawn facing up.

6. Add adhesive to the tape: Apply special lawn adhesive to the seam tape to ensure a strong seam.

7. Place the edges without letting the blades touch the adhesive: After the adhesive dries, put the lawn edges back in place to ensure that the blades do not get stuck by the adhesive.

8. Hide the seams: Hide the seams by adding filler, such as special sand, to the seams to make the lawn look more natural.

9. Secure with anchor bolts: Use galvanized anchor bolts to secure the lawn to the ground, especially at the edges and seams of the lawn to prevent the lawn from moving.

10. Finish: After all steps are completed, check the overall appearance of the lawn to ensure there are no visible seams or uneven areas. To improve aesthetics and durability, add gravel or install pavers around the lawn. Finally, use a broom to clean up any excess infill and enjoy your new artificial lawn.

Regular Lawn Cleanup
1.Use a leaf blower to remove debris: Gently blow leaves, dust, and other loose debris off the grass surface regularly. This prevents the buildup of organic material that could lead to unwanted growth or stains.

2.Spray the plastic grass with a garden hose: Use a garden hose to rinse the artificial lawn once a week or as needed. This helps wash away dust, dirt, pet waste, and other residues, keeping the fake turf grass looking fresh and clean.

3.Brush the faux grass with a broom or rake: Use a stiff brush or plastic rake to maintain the grass fibers' upright position. Brush in different directions to avoid matting and to keep the fake turf looking lush and natural.

Maintaining Artificial Grass
1.Use a half-vinegar-half-water solution to kill bacteria: Mix equal parts of vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Apply this solution to areas that may harbor bacteria, such as spots where pets frequently relieve themselves, and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing with water.

2.Brush your lawn with a hose once a week: Regularly rinse the fake grass with a garden hose, especially during hot and dry weather. This helps prevent dust accumulation and maintains a pleasant, clean surface, which is crucial for high-traffic areas.

3.Avoid stepping on artificial grass in winter: In colder climates, avoid walking on the artificial turf grass when it is frosty or frozen, as this can cause the fibers to break or damage the infill. Wait until the fake grass is thawed and pliable to maintain its longevity.
